Monthly Rent:

• Effective January 2012, lot rent is $319 per month, which includes weekly trash pickup. The rate is the same for single and doublewide lots.
• Utility meters for water and sewer are sub-metered. You are only charged for the amount of water and sewer you use, in addition to your lot rent.
• Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
